Race Day Info

These are season long spots and are reserved year after year by the same people. Once in a while someone will drop their spot, but we have 36 people on the waiting list. We have only had one spot drop since 2019, so unfortunately it’s a long wait.

Our races normally start with 6:30pm hot laps and 7pm racing. Races end between 10:15 and 11:15pm on the average Friday night. Start Times for our specials do vary, so see the schedule for our Northern Nationals.

Yes, you can buy on My Race Pass for the Great Lakes Border Battle, XR Super Series, Twin Ports Twin 25s, Northern Nationals and the Can Am Clash. Any other race nights you park your Camper or RV and go see Jodi in the concession stand to pay and get your camping certificate.

Jo Jo’s Grab & Go, Home of the Friday Night Special has one concession stand at the main grandstand, one in the pits and one in the backstretch. Jodi makes her Friday Night Special each and every Friday night, which is a homemade dinner with a dessert. Normally she makes about 35-40 servings, so it goes fast and people are lined up at 5pm every Friday night for it. Jo Jo’s also offers some of the best racing food at any track you will go to. We have handicap parking and also a ramp in our first section of grandstands with a deck for wheelchairs and other devices to park and watch the races from there.

General Admission, however we do have annual reserved seating. Please see Jodi in the concession stand for more details on reserved seating

Always bring a light jacket, you never know when the wind can switch off our beautiful Lake Superior and the temperature can drop 20 degrees in minutes.

No outside beverages or food.
