National Kubota High Limit Racing tour heads to the Twin Ports for a Thursday night for the Lake Superior 410 Sprint Shootout
Superior, WI. – (November 24, 2025) – Gondik Law Speedway is proud to announce that the Kubota High Limit Racing national 410 winged sprint car series, founded by two-time NASCAR Cup Series champion Kyle Larson and six-time national sprint car champion Brad Sweet, is coming to Superior on Thursday, June 4, 2026.
The High Limit tour, one of the premier sprint car series in the United States, features many of the biggest names and teams in dirt racing and is streamed live worldwide on FloRacing.
“This is a huge deal for Gondik Law Speedway and for racing fans across northern Minnesota and Wisconsin,” said track owner and promoter Joe Stariha. “High Limit has quickly become the national 410 sprint car tour everyone is talking about, and to have them roll into Superior on a Thursday night is something our fans and sponsors are going to circle on the calendar in ink.
Stariha said landing a date with High Limit has been a major goal for the track.
“We’ve worked hard to put Gondik Law Speedway on the national map with events like the XR Super Series, USAC AMSOIL Sprint Series, World of Outlaw Late Model Series, USMTS, Modified Series and IRA Sprint Car Series to name a few on top of big WISSOTA specials,” Stariha said. “Bringing the High Limit Sprint Series here is the next step. Fans are going to see the best sprint car drivers in the country right here on our 3/8-mile oval.”
High Limit Racing co-founder Brad Sweet shared his excitement about the new stop on the 2026 schedule saying, “Anytime we can take High Limit Racing to a new racetrack, we get excited to see all the new race fans. Gondik Law Speedway is a track I have never personally raced at, but I've heard lots of great things about. The Wisconsin and Canadian fans are always very passionate about wing 410 racing, and I'm excited we get to showcase the best drivers and teams in the world to them.”
The Thursday, June 4 program will be a full High Limit Racing points event, with a support class, if any, to be announced at a later date. Hot laps are expected to begin at 6:30 p.m. with racing at 7:00 p.m.
Stariha emphasized the importance of the event not just for race fans, but for the entire region.
“Anytime you bring in a national touring series like Kubota High Limit Racing, it’s a boost for Superior and the whole Twin Ports area,” Stariha said. “You’ve got race teams and fans filling local hotels, eating at local restaurants, and campers rolling into the track, it’s an economic win on top of being a huge night of racing entertainment.”

High Limit’s fast rise in the sport, with a packed national schedule, strong purses, and a franchise-style system for top teams, has drawn widespread attention and some of the sport’s biggest stars like defending champ Rico Abreu and Kyle Larson.
“Our fans love sprint cars, and they love big events,” Stariha added. “High Limit brings both. You’re going to see incredible speed, sliders, great side-by-side racing, and a full national-tour atmosphere on a Thursday night in Superior. I can’t wait to open the gates and hear those 410s fire off for hot laps.”
