Gondik Law Speedway Announces New Canadian Clash – Replacing the Canadian Dash to Deliver Fresh Excitement
Superior, WI - August 31, 2025
Gondik Law Speedway is proud to announce the debut of the Canadian Clash presented by Bay Lock & Security, an all-new racing event that will cap off the Northern Nationals weekend. This exciting new format replaces the long-standing Canadian Dash, which began in 2017, with the goal of spicing things up for drivers and fans alike.
The Canadian Clash will showcase Canadian Midwest Modifieds, Super Stocks, and Modifieds in a one-of-a-kind Feature race with the lineup determined by bingo ball draw. The unique format ensures an unpredictable lineup, mixing the classes together to create thrilling side-by-side racing that fans won’t want to miss.
Format Highlights:
Drivers will draw bingo balls on Saturday to set the field.
Top four Midwest Modifieds will occupy the front two rows.
Rows 3–4 will feature Midwest Modifieds and Super Stocks.
Modifieds join the action beginning in Row 5.
Race length will be 1 lap per car in the field (up to 20 laps).
Purse Details:
The purse will start at $100 and grow through fan and business donations, in the past reaching $2,000–$3,000 or more. As always, the payout will be spread deep throughout the field, ensuring that every driver goes home with a solid payday.

The Canadian Clash will be held Saturday night during the Northern Nationals, immediately following the regular feature races, serving as the grand finale to an already action-packed weekend.
