64th Annual Season Opener Canceled Due to Weather
Unfortunately, we are forced to cancel the 64th Annual Season Opener at Gondik Law Speedway due to today’s rainfall and tomorrow’s forecast, which is calling for continued rain, cold temperatures, and windy conditions. While we always hope for clear skies to kick off our racing season, this time we’re actually praying the rain continues, not for us, but for the safety of our region.
With active forest fires in the area, this rain is desperately needed to help bring things under control and protect our communities. Our thoughts are with the firefighters and emergency crews working tirelessly to contain the situation.
We appreciate everyone’s understanding and support. Stay safe, and we’ll see everyone next Friday Night May 23rd for our Season Opener.
